Privacy Statement
This document outlines the privacy policies of Home Channel Pty Ltd ("Home Channel").
For all purposes within this document, "Site" or "the Site" refers to the Home Channel web site on which you found this document (the "Privacy Statement"). "You", "User" and "Users" refers to any individual, group of individuals, or commercial entity accessing or using the Site. "Private Information" refers to all data and information of a private, sensitive, or confidential nature, supplied by You to Home Channel via any means.

Privacy Policies

Home Channel understands that your privacy is important to You and that all Private Information supplied by You is done so in the good faith belief that Home Channel will not misuse that information. Home Channel will not knowingly violate that good faith belief. Home Channel will use its best endeavours to ensure that your personal information is not sold or otherwise distributed to third parties without your consent.

Users of the Site should understand and acknowledge that Home Channel cannot, nor can any other entity, guarantee to an absolute certainty that any information transmitted electronically (ie via the Site or any web site, email, facsimile or telephone service) is entirely secure. Home Channel will, however, use its best endeavours to ensure that information that could possibly by misused (such as credit card details) is protected by encryption.
